Most of the GPS logging kits I've found have some additional analog inputs (in addition to an RPM input). I'll probably go that route by default and tap the temp & pressure sensors at a minimum.
I need to study the race technology system a bit more. They've got a serial ECU interface but it would definitely require some breadboarding to have it start collecting the consult data.
It would definitely be pretty slick to unify everything and cut down on the clutter.
